Oh dear. You can tell I'm really struggling wardrobe-wise now because I've donned my What To Wear When You Have Nothing To Wear outfit of stripy-top-under-Barkins-vest-over-denim-jeans.
Heaven help me if one of these items ever become unwearable - I'll have to spend days like today in my dressing gown, because I'm utterly incapable of choosing an outfit otherwise.
I think I need help!

I love it! I just bought a vest for the first time in years to cover up a multitude of sins, but I love your black one. You are very "in Style" check their magazine with Gwen Stefani on the cover.

Oh I have one of these outfits...it consists of a striped tee also, under a black batwing top and jeans...hides all flaws,still feels quirky enough to be me And yet takes zip planning :) joy...
You could have a go to dress instead. I'm a big fan of dresses when you can't figure out what to wear.

Oh, I agree with the above comment, when I'm stuck I have a cushy dress always at hand. BUT, same as you, they're stripey. What is it about stripes that are at least comfortable when you feel a weird vibe fash wise?
Love the stripes - and Nautical is so in at the moment. Very fashion Forward as our good friend Faux Fuchsia would say! My "Last Resort" Outfit is always a black dress. I have hundreds of the things so there is always one to wear.
